In theory, we have a logical plan to request information, gather information, compile that information, and then distribute it in the form of a bulletin. “In theory”. The next step is to do some real world testing to learn how it really works and then improve it.

Brief Outline

➊ The Initiating Station will use JS8Spotter and F!107 to request specific information. The F!107 report will be sent out several times over a 48 hour period to @SITREP on 7.078 and 7.107, as well as being available from @SITREP using the JS8Spotter Expect system.
Responding stations will use the appropriate MCForm and send it to @SITREP on 7.078 and 7.107, as well as make it available on their JS8Spotter Expect system.
➌ The Initiating Station, and other interested stations, will compile the raw data into a useful report.
➍ The prepared report will be sent out using the Bulletin Distribution Net (BDN).
