The Bulletin Distribution Net (BDN) has been on the air long enough to work out the basics of a net, but now it’s time to do some serious long-range planning. This is our vision of what the BDN will look like, what it will do, how it will work, and the need it will fulfill. We are looking for input from the folks who focus on communications, and the folks who focus on information and intelligence.

Communications in an internet down or if it’s highly controlled (easy to do with modern AI) will be critical. Any and all info could be life altering and affect your decision process.
