SitRepNet Scheduler v1.0.0 — Changelog
=========================================

Version 1.0.0  (2026-10-21)
----------------------------
First release.

  - Monitors a primary frequency in JS8Call or FLDIGI and switches to
    scheduled frequencies for bulletins and nets, then returns to exactly
    the settings in use just before the switch (frequency, offset, and
    JS8Call speed or FLDIGI mode).
  - Weekly schedule: one local day per entry, start time in UTC or local
    time, optional early start, duration. Copy to Other Days makes
    independent copies for other days of the week.
  - Overlap warnings when saving or enabling an entry, checked over the
    coming year (so UTC and local entries that overlap only part of the
    year are caught), including the case where only an early start
    overlaps.
  - Copy Table: the schedule as aligned or tab-separated text for pasting
    into a document or spreadsheet and printing.
  - Never switches or returns in the middle of a transmission.
  - Returns to primary after a restart or crash mid-window (state.json).
  - Retries when the program isn't running or a switch only partly takes;
    repeated failures are logged quietly.
  - Settings > Time Zone for computers whose clock is on UTC.
  - Works with the standard JS8Call and the JS8Call-improved fork, and
    with FLDIGI.
  - Update check (Settings > Auto-Update and Check for Updates Now), same
    as SitRepMapper.
  - Only one copy runs at a time.
  - make_launcher.sh creates the menu entry and Desktop icon (Linux /
    Raspberry Pi) for wherever the program is installed.

Notes
  - Development ran as an internal build (0.1.0, never distributed).
    The design is in OUTLINE.md in the source repository.
